At the Mosaic Institute, they believe that Canada’s diversity is not a problem to be solved, but rather the solution to many of Canada’s and the world’s social conflicts.  As one of Mosaic’s flagship programs, Next Gen is a peace and justice education program for high school students. As a skills-based program, their goal is to support young people with the tools to dismantle prejudice, address root causes of conflict and become leaders for a more just and peaceful world. They do this through offering interactive workshops, a Digital Learning Hub, educator resources, and professional development opportunities that are all rooted in an approach that is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and anti-racist.
