EXPLORE OUR PROGRAMS!

Programs and resources designed to empower teens directly—and equip the professionals who support them—with the knowledge and tools to help kids navigate stress, build resilience, and thrive both in and outside the classroom.

The Peer Mentor program, empowers youth to become ‘stress ambassadors,’ ready to support their peers and promote well-being in their schools and communities. Delivered by an expert facilitator, our direct-to-teen programs reduce stigma around mental health while helping teens build the skills they need to support themselves and others—and ultimately, to thrive.

Our StressLess Booklets are practical, age-specific resources designed to help kids and teens navigate stress with confidence. Perfect for any caring adult to support kids where they live and play, these booklets provide simple, effective strategies to support children’s mental well-being.

Stress Lessons is a comprehensive, evidence-based program designed for educators and youth-serving professionals to help teens in grades 7–12 develop resilience and positive coping skills. Packed with psychologically sound strategies, the program equips young people with essential stress management tools – laying the foundation for lifelong mental well-being. Developed in response to strong demand from Canadian educators, Stress Lessons was created in collaboration with a diverse team of experts—including teachers, counsellors, psychologists, and stress specialists. The program uses a primary prevention approach, making it relevant to all students—not just those already struggling with stress.

Why Stress Lessons matters

Social-emotional skills – like managing emotions, understanding others, and forming healthy relationships – are essential to academic success and lifelong well-being. Research shows that school-based stress reduction and SEL (social-emotional learning) programs significantly improve students’:

  1. Academic performance
  2. Self-esteem and mood
  3. Focus and behavior

Because childhood and adolescent stress is strongly linked to long-term outcomes, teaching youth how to manage stress early helps set them up for success -both in school and life.
