Give your children the best start to life!

The first three years of a child’s life are a critical window for brain development and social-emotional growth. During this formative period, a strong, secure attachment with at least one parent or caregiver lays the groundwork for lifelong mental well-being, confidence, and resilience – shaping how we see ourselves, connect with others, and learn throughout our lives.

Make the Connection Online Program

The Make the Connection (MTC) program, empowers parents and caregivers of infants (birth to age 3) with practical tools to nurture secure attachment and build strong, healthy parent-child relationships from the very start. Grounded in the latest psychological research, this evidence-based program provides practical strategies and activities to help parents and caregivers support secure attachment, brain development, and emotional well-being.

Because we know parents and caregivers are busy, Make the Connection Online is a flexible, self-paced program you can complete on your own schedule. Over 8 weeks, you’ll gain practical tools to support healthy parent-child relationships, brain development, and secure attachment—all from the comfort of your home. Once enrolled, you’ll have ongoing access to the program with no expiry, so you can revisit it whenever it works for you.

By helping parents and caregivers understand their baby’s needs in a whole new way, the Make the Connection (MTC) program enables them to feel more confident, connected, and equipped in their parenting role—one meaningful connection at a time.
