Empowering Parents & Caregivers to Make a Lasting Impact
At Strong Minds Strong Kids, Psychology Canada (SMSKPC), our mission is simple:
to empower infants, children and youth with the tools they need to thrive amidst life’s challenges.
We provide psychology and evidence-based programs and resources that empower parents and caregivers to build deep, lasting connections with their children – starting in the early years and continuing throughout life. Our programs are designed to strengthen secure attachment, support stress management, and foster resilience, equipping you with the tools to make a meaningful, lifelong impact on your child’s mental well-being.

Make the Connection Online (Birth to three) – Supporting secure attachment and brain development of infants from birth to three.

StressLess Booklets (Ages 4-18) – Practical tools and activities to help kids recognize and manage stress effectively in their everyday environments—where they live, play, and grow!

ThriveLandia (Ages 10-18) – An online resource to help kids thrive in life; in other words to be resilient!

Crash Course Workshops (For All Ages and supporting you!) – A crash course for adults on the fundamentals of stress: how to recognize and understand it, support kids in their stress management journey, and develop healthy strategies for managing their own stress.
