This app is to help you in managing your stress. As you move through each part of the app, you will learn about different aspects of stress and tools and strategies to help you manage it and nurture your resilience.
Young people can use this tool to learn about stress, gain stress management tips, develop their coping kit, practice reframing their thoughts to consider the upside of stress, and find additional resources.
