That’s why Stress Busters delivers evidence-based stress management skills directly to kids in grades 4–6 through fun, interactive sessions led by our expert facilitators. Kids Have Stress Too! (KHST) is an evidence-based program that equips educators and child-serving professionals with the knowledge and tools to help children (Preschool to grade 6) manage stress, build resilience, and develop essential social-emotional skills.
