STRESS BUSTERS AFTER-SCHOOL AND CLASSROOM PROGRAM
Stress Busters is an 8-week interactive program led by a Strong Minds Strong Kids facilitator, designed for kids to learn psychology-based stress management techniques and practice these strategies in a safe space. Participants practice their learnings among supportive peers, forming connections and strengthening their coping strategies. Get your students to join us online after-school, or bring Strong Minds Strong Kids directly into your classroom!
The material helps students understand the brain and physiological responses to stressors, and also helps them understand their own triggers and how to begin the process of calming during stressful times.
