Kids Have Stress Too! Preschool, Kindergarten, and Parent Training: This training provides a comprehensive introduction to key aspects of early childhood and brain development, as well as the crucial role caregivers and educators play in helping children learn effective stress-management strategies. 

Kids Have Stress Too! Tools and Activities for Classrooms Grades 1-3 Training:
 This research-based program is built on an experiential learning approach. Its aim is to help educators (and parents!) create teachable moments to introduce stress management strategies and build emotional resiliency.

Kids Have Stress Too! Tools and Activities for Classrooms Grades 4-6 Training: This research-based program is built on an experiential learning approach. Its aim is to help educators (and parents!) create teachable moments to introduce stress management strategies and build emotional resiliency. Provides educators with practical, developmentally appropriate, engaging activities for students aged 9 to 12. 

We also have a variety of workshops and resources available to help you and the caring adults in your communities learn the strategies necessary to manage stress to be better able to support children and youth.
